 Mr. Rajashekar has over 7 years of experience as a High Court practitioner with a flair for Civil and  Criminal matters, Global  Intellectual Property Rights, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. He is  responsible for steering RVR Associates gloriously for  over 3 years as a Chairperson.

 Rajashekar is Acumen's Chief Strategist and is in charge of building the Senior Executive Team and  setting the company's  ethic.  He also formulates and implements the company's policies. Rajashekar is a graduate in Arts and holds a Master's Degree in Law from Osmania University. He has also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws and Intellectual Property Rights from the University of Hyderabad.

After having done  complex litigation and  advised clients before Supreme Court of India and Indian Courts for almost 8 years, Subier was introduced to Legal Process  Outsourcing at its evolution stages in 2006.His area of corporate practice includes Legal Process Outsourcing, Public Laws and Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Civil and Criminal Liability matters, Information Technology Laws, Cross-Border Transactions, Joint Ventures, Employment Contracts, Structuring and Financing of Infrastructure Projects, Company Formation and Compliance, Property Laws, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Commercial Contracts, Energy Laws and Laws relating to Franchising Business.

Through his legal practice, Subier has directly or indirectly advised niche clients across jurisdictions, such as  M/s Boeing Inc., BMW; M/s Sony Music, Bechtel,  M/s Raytheon Inc., CNN; Swisscom; Enron Power Corp.; Dabhol Power Company; M/s Nippon Steel, M/s Auchen, Japan, M/s Tianjin Chemical Co.
